Well I can't exactly say this for all sites (particularly his blog if he runs it himself), but most social networking sites, i.e. MySpace, Facebook usually don't allow users to know who's been looking at their profile and such. I may be wrong about other sites, but most major social networking websites have a Privacy Policy that prohibits such methods from being executed.
