If your a gentleman you'll speak to her father alone! Let him know that your interested in talking to his daughter on facebook if that is possible. Tell him that you wanted to speak to him first out of respect!
If she was my daughter and you were after her just for sex, let's just say you'd be extremely sorry! If you want to spend time with her and treat her right and like a lady with no sex then you'd be welcome too! It all depends on how you would act and treat my daughter!
I have several daughters who are all married now, but one guy came for my daughter and I found out he was 19 and she was only 16 at the time. He's still in jail today and this was 5 years ago! I do not play games when it comes to my daughters or son for that fact.

So if your really interested in this girl, talk to her dad, and act like a mature man! When you approach him, just say excuse me Mr. ______ and if you don't know his last name then say sir. Of course you also need to know if she even likes you as well... But be cool and don't mess it up!
