can my ex go after my new wife for child support?
I am having hard times financially, but my wife is doing fine. We do not have joint finances, and so now I am wondering if my ex can go after my wife for childsupport. When I was working 2 years ago, I was alwasy paying my childsupport, but I got laid off, and have been searching for work ever since. I am even thinking about moving out of state just to find work. Are my wifes assest protected?
