I have an 18 year old daughter and just gave birth is she emancipated?

The fact that she had a baby has nothing to do with it.

However, she's 18 and graduated high school. In most situations, that's considered emancipated, so parents who aren't interested in helping are no longer under any obligation to.

But it also depends on the divorce decree. If that states, for whatever reason, that support continues past graduation/age of majority, then it continues. And your grandchild is irrelevant to the order.
