My sister got on my Facebook and made me a Petville. It's embarrassing and I need to know how to delete it?

Go to account on the upper right side of your F.B.account. Click on it and go to application settings. Scroll down until you find Petville. When you find the game you want to delete click on the X. And it shall be deleted.
