create in http://avatars.yahoo.com/ and
go MY ACTIVITY> Edit My Preferences >update photo or avatar>make choices>use selected photo and Submit
or go your profile page >edit>change picture>make choices >and scroll down, and save
Still sometimes can take up 2 days until it changes
