If you are paying child support and win a large amount of money, does the state immediately reconfigure it?

Would the state immediately seize a portion and or reconfigure your monthly payments?
Just wondering because my ex is such a loser. The kid doesn't even live with her but with relatives. Mom does nothing but blow the support on herself and her own habits. I couldn't see her getting into a lot of money. It would be disgusting. Ads |
