How long should the kids be receiving child support, and who should get it?

The parent should get it. Child support is to Support a child, food, roof over their head, thing a child needs, clothes, etc.. If you give the money to the child, im sure they will just spend it foolish.
And i believe it stops at 18 (when they are adults)
