Because sadly her parents are guilty of neglect. You wouldn't find Facebook chatter like hers coming from Sasha and Malia or Chelsea Clinton or the Bush girls because they're the products of good parenting.
Also, children parrot what they hear at home. Guess f@ggot is acceptable language in the Palin household.
