What are some valid reasons to have a facebook?

Personally I don't feel that there is any point of Facebook, yeah fair enough you can communicate with one and other, and meet new friends, but you can on omegle?

Msn is just the same you can comment on pictures just like you can on facebook, you can also create groups just like you can on facebook, you can play games together just like you can on facebook, although there's a wider selection of games on the facebook interface I still personally don't think it's worth it.

Skype you can communicate, and hold voice chats, and confrence calls at the end of the day there all the same.

I prefer skype, although i'll leave you to choose.
