Child Support-Can A mom move from Fresno to Sacramento when the dad has partcial custody?
Okay my fiancee has another year of child support and he gets his son every other weekend. He hasn't seen him in a month and he just got a call from his son today to tell him that his mom is moving to Sacramento in 3 weeks. Honeslty his ex wife is a major BI*CH! She pulls stupid stunts to piss him off, she lies to him constantly and she blames him when their son gets in trouble. Regardless can she move that far away or can my fiancee fight this??
