Tell yourself that you are talking to a girl, whats a girl? The exact opposite of a guy except beautiful and emotional. Relaxing will probably make you screw up and may imply that you do not like her.

Tell yourself you are talking to HER, you want to know her, help her, and want to be with her. I'm not saying plan conversations but plan topics. Simply start with topics about her and you. Work from their down to more specific. You can plan any conversation this way and make new one coming off of more specific ones or topics.

Just be confident and don't ever be persistent with one topic because its exhausting. Make her happy!
