What age would you let your daughter? it for a survey?

I would let my daughter have a facebook account when she is 13.
~I would let her have a cell phone once she went to middle school, that way if she is staying after school for something or going to someone's house she can call me.
~I would let her wear jewelry starting when she is just a little girl. As long as she doesn't want to wear hoop earrings or chain jewelry, then I'm fine with it. I'd let her wear makeup when she is 13, but if their is a special occasion, like a party or a dance, I would let her wear a little bit of eyeshadow and as she gets older a little bit of eyeliner.
She could have a boyfriend in 9th grade.
She could go shopping by herself when she's 14.
I would let her have a tv in her room when she is younger, but with the exception of her not being able to watch it an hour before her bedtime. When she is 12 she can watch it whenever she wants. I would let her have her own computer at age 12 also.
Starting when she is in ninth grade she could go to bed at any time she pleased.
I would let her pick out her own clothes when she is just a little girl as long as she doesn't pick out short shorts, short dresses+skirts, or any inappropriate clothing.
