Can a person use Disability payments to pay child support. Can they take it to the Child support office?

If he is on SSI, he can go to the child support office to make an official request to have the child support stopped all together. If he is on SSDI, than he make an official request to modify the order for the money the mother is getting from the SSDI child benefit check to be classified as child support. They are required to help him under federal law.
