There are many ways. One is twiends. This is a free site that gives you an unlimited number of followers, however you have to follow them back. The other drawback to this site is that alot of the people who follow you unfollow you once you follow them back so its not really that reliable. However if you are willing to pay for followers there are sites that will send them to you. This is more reccommended as the followers are yours to keep.
