You can go to your local child support office and request to open a case on your behalf. Be nice about wanting a paternity test since it can really have hard effects on the child considering age. It is your absolute right to request a test but since their is a possibility you may be the father it is best not to be nasty about it and say that you don't want the child because what if it turns out its yours. Plus trust me you don't want to piss off the mother that much because if the child turns out to be yours think of the 11 yrs of arrears you would owe in child support. My best advice would be to have a civil adult conversation with the mother and give her your point of view that you would like to have a DNA exam just to be positive and that you will see what happens after a test. But you need to open a case with child support and they can help you and you can be tested where you live and test will be delivered where the child is. Best of luck
