Activities that you might consider doing
1. Read a book
2. Read a newspaper
3. Take a nap
4. Rent a movie and watch
5. Order pizza
6. Call someone close to you like a friend or relative and chat on the phone about “whatever pops into mind”
7. Go outside and take a walk in the park or take a walk anywhere and free your mind
8. Meditate and free your mind
9. Play loud music and sing aloud or something, start drawing pictures
10. Invite friends over and watch a movie, have competitions
11. Do you have an Xbox, play station or Wii, plug one on and start playing
12. If you have a favourite hobby, well do it.
13. Read Magazines
14. Cut any interesting pictures from magazines and stick on the wall in your room
