Depends. Get a raise since you've seen the Judge? That's about the only way I've seen it happen UNLESS your state raised it due to COLA. Oops,Cost of living adjustment.
If you're still making the same and there's been no COLA then I'd be on the phone to get it straightened out. And to the fools who said "Do what's right for your kid regardless,yada yada yada." I can see you've never paid child support. Is taking over HALF of someones paycheck every week fair to them? How are they supposed to live a normal life on 40% of what they make? Ads |
