Up to 50% from every pay check received at every job. The state isn't too good about garnishing a job unless one of the parties involved notifies the Department of Child Support Services however. If the paying parent stops paying you can speed up action against them by notifying the department. They can suspend any licenses, driving, real estate etc. The court can also find the the parent not paying their child support in contempt.
