What do you think of a woman who does this?

What do you think of a woman who does this?
She has been separated from her partner for a number of years, and she has two children with him, a boy and a girl. She gets reacquainted with a childhood sweetheart on facebook, who now lives in another country. Not only does she leave her two children (who are aged 10 and 11) to be with this man, she also splits them up. The boy goes to live with his father, and the girl goes to live with her (the mother's) sister, also in another country.

I myself was absolutely appalled.

What are your thoughts on a woman who does this?
