Does anyone know anything about the shirt Djokovic's father wears during his matches?

Novak Djokovik's other shirts he wears to play matches are made by Sergio Tacchini so it stands to reason that the shirt with his image his father wears may also be made by that company.

but it wouldn't hurt to sign up for the Sergio Tacchini online because they may sell the shirt with Djokovik's picture on it or if they don't maybe they could tell you who does.

also Djokovic has an online shop that sells all his stuff not just the Sergio Tacchini things so they might have it too.
