Hmm.. is that your friend or maybe you?????
Anyways, if you are independent, meaning you can afford rent/school/food, etc. stay by your own, or find a roommate(friend)
Talk to your parents, maybe they will change their mind, maybe your family can move to your state
If nothing changes, don't worry, you can always come back or visit your place(over the summer/vacations). Keeps in touch with your friends by phone/internet and everything will be alright
