How do you say "Cheers My Brother!" in German please?

I do not know the German word for Cheers, as I think it is English in origin Smile
But Good Luck in German is 'Viel Gluck' and Good Health (which is basically what cheers means, and Germans would know this) is 'Gute Gesundheit'
So, to say Good Luck, Brother! would be 'Viel Gluck Bruder!' and Good health, brother! would be 'gute gesundheit, bruder!'
