Facebook: How do I make it so one percific person can't see if I make a comment about a photo?

top right by the search bar will be settings tab > hover over it and click on "privacy settings" (should be second option) > now you will have a search bar, but this isn't just any search bar!, you search for the person you want to block > once you found the person you want to block > click on block >and then this person wont be able to see anything that it is of yours like pictures, if someone else tags you in these pictures the person wont be able to see that you have a facebook! > you can always remove and add people by just going to security settings and remove people from the list or even add more!
