How can I get a guy I like when he has a girlfriend?

I can tell you i have been in THE EXACT situation, the guy(his name was even Justin) wont accept the friends request, he sort of liked be, but had a girlfriend. But when i was in the situation i was ready to try whatever i can to get him, but after i while i realized that if he had a girlfriend that he wasn't willing to break up with to go to you, i realized he wasn't the one for me... you are probably not going to agree with what i'm saying because at the time now, you only want him, but in time you will understand that its just soooo not worth it. just put your self in your shoes. if you had a boyfriend you wouldn't want some other girl trying to pry you 2 apart. there is so many people out there, and many guys that would probably bend over backwards to get to you, just takes some time finding that guy.
