Facebook have said that they will permanently mark accounts as "deceased" if you contact them, or remove them altogether.

You can report such accounts at the following link:

http://bit.ly/y2CcC (sorry about the shortened link, Yahoo! Answers wouldn't allow the direct Facebook one, it seems).

For MySpace, you can contact them at the following email address:

accountcare@myspace.com
