how can i get a modification fot child support for new york?
My husband lives in Florida but the child support case is in NY he can not afford to fly NY. child support is taking money from him as if he still makes the same amount he was making in NY. He makes much less now so they are taking too much money leaving him with not much to survive with.
MY question is how can he request modification and how can he get a telephonic hearing?
