Pardon me but can you blame her for being offended when you communicate with your ex girlfriend? Your wife knows about your ex and for that what else would you like her to act. You and your ex has history together and that's what humiliate and offend her. Maybe the two of you are good friends now but you need to tell your wife what you were doing. If it was me (your wife) offended is far from it. I will make sure that you will answer the question I will be asking, like why did you connect with your ex and never told me about it." Husband and wife supposed to become one and will never hide anything from each others. I think you owe her an apology, yes?
