Well if you have a phone you can ask them to get you internet on it if you dont already have it, and if you do have it you can go on facebook from it. But posting pics might be hard...so everytime you go to your friends house just logg into your facebook and post some pictures and then just continue using it from your phone

Edit: you might wanna try talking to him about it and how safer they made it and if he lets you make one you will have a private account and you wont add anoyone random therfor if you do this it would be waaaaay easier then my first anwser.
