the exact same thing has happened to me! ive been friends with this boy and wed text literraly every day in the morning for hours and at night for hours for around 9 months, and lately he stopped and we havent texted in 3 months and i now realised its because hes going out with someone. the only reason i didnt know that was because he goes to a different school, but i have met him and hung out with him like 10 times. but anyways how i got over him was i focused my attention on a new boy i would find myself a new crush, and i tried being more social. it worked for me! i hope this helped
