how do you sign up for facebook if it says you are Sorry, you are ineligible to sign up for Facebook?

You need to be older to use facebook (13+) like the others said. If anyone else wants to sign up, use proxy (proxy.org) or clear cookies (may or may not work, depending on what facebook use)
