You could try "If I were to say, ''God, why me?'' about the bad things, then I should have said, ''God, why me?'' about the good things that happened in my life." -- Arthur Ashe.

That's probably a quote most of us could use, not just your sister. She's more likely to be receptive to thinking about it if it doesn't seem like it's directed at her. I also agree with the first poster who said that comparing one person's suffering to another's doesn't do much good. I'm sorry to hear that you are suffering, regardless of whether you are suffering more or less than anyone else.
