Paedophiles/dirty old men/scumbags, have always existed.The subject was never openly talked about, instead it was' swept under the carpet" so to speak. Nowadays the subject is out in the open, it's not a craze or a fad, it's a mental illness..".lock 'em up and throw away the key" I say.
