One place you might look for volunteer opportunities is through DOVIA. That stands for Directors of Volunteers in Agencies. They have chapters and meetings in communities across the United States. Their participating members all are agencies or organizations that work with volunteers. There are so many places to volunteer. Try The Salvation Army, local food banks. I would check with the Chamber of Commerce in your community. They should be able to give you leads as well. Thank you for wanting to volunteer.
