He could be cheating but its too early to tell this is just one of the signs. Maybe he just enjoys listening to music while he is in the shower which is why he takes his phone whith him. I know ppl who like taking books with them in the bathroom I know ppl who like to smoke in the bathroom. There is a lot that goes on in there then just showering. If you do suspect he is cheating though keep a close eye on him other signs will soon creep up.
