hey, I'm bout the same age as you, and a girl Wink Just chat her and say hi, and try to start a conversation with her. Just try to be nice and maybe find out what sort of things she's into, then talk to her about that stuff. If you're scared to just randomly chat her then post on her wall "Hey, facebook told me to write on your wall, whats up?" or something like that. (you know how on the home page, on the top right there's always suggestions to talk to random people and "catch up" ? yeah!)
