I think you're getting scammed, buddy. You definitely should not be adding people that you don't know or don't remember, not in this day and age. You stated that you don't remember talking to her on MSN; did you ask her what her screen name was or what you guys talked about or when all this occurred? If you're familiar with the school that she supposedly goes to, do you have friends there that can verify her existence? I find it a little odd that this girl goes to a neighboring school and is that beautiful and you've never heard of her before. Sounds like you're letting your hormones decide your actions instead of your brains. Delete her and keep it moving.
