How do people put links at the top of their Youtube page?

1- log on into your youtube account.
2- in the upper right side, where your account name there, click on it and chose MY VIDEOS.
3- The list of all of you uploaded videos will come up and under each editing buttons.
4- click on the 3rd option "Annotations"
5- This is it. if you CLICK anywhere in the video now, you will get a little menu asking you to add Annotations...you can add writing....notes....or links
6- after finishing....click save and publish in the upper right menu.
