Will being on YouTube hinder future jobs?

Depends what the video is, doesn't it?

Many employers are now searching Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to try and find out a little about prospective employees. A lot of people think this is an invasion of privacy [myself included] but you have to realise that once you post something on the web it is "out there" forever and if you post stuff that might offend people or admit to taking drugs, it could return to haunt you as an adult.

As long as you are not posting anything rude or offensive on Youtube, I don't think it would stop someone offering you a job in the future though. If you are worried why not use an "alias" for your Youtube account and no one will know your real name, most people do that anyway.
