I dont think it has anything to do with your internet. The reason you cant comment on some pictures and can on others is because you have to be friends with the person who posted the pictures.... your friends may be in the pictures the person who made the album is not your friend.... you have to add the person who made the photo album in order to comment on the pictures. Smile
