Glucosamine Chondriton is a good vital to lubricate the joints. She may if able to to reduce the swelling in the joint by taking an anti-inflammatory med like aleve or ibuprofen. Tylenol is a pain reliever. Increase fluids to maintain hydration, it keeps the joints able to move.
