Your boyfriend isn't cheating on you, you are just paranoid because he is probably getting a lot of attention from other girls. Instead of screwing up things even more by hacking his account, talk to him about it and tell him how you feel. If he truly cares for you he will understand. And if you truly care for him you wouldn't jeopardize your relationship by hacking his Facebook account.

And as far as the hacking thing goes, there is never a right reason to invade someones privacy regardless of who they are and what they are doing.
