Go to your YA profile by either clicking on your avatar or <my activity> at the top of this page, click "edit my preferences", click "privacy & communications", under "sharing and network" you can set your preferences the way you like. Just remember that your contacts will always be able to read your questions and answers by going through the lists in your profile.
