You HAVE to cut ALL contact with him. Period. No facebook, IM, text, NOTHING. Leave the past and all the it was in the past. The only other thing is time, but the amount of time is different for everyone. So far is seems you are doing the right thing by staying busy and living life and staying around your friends. You just HAVE to cut ALL contact with him. Good Luck girl!
