Depends on budget but most mums can't resist jewellery. Swaroski do some beautiful pieces, perfect for a special occasion. If you are on a tight budget considering making something, perhaps stitch a cushion cover with a personal msg. Or get a collection of photos made into a book. Could start from birth right through to present.
