Facebook would be your first choice. Then there is SAreunited. Ask at the local schools if they have any old scholars from that specific age group. Perhaps one of them knows one of them . . . Maybe you could put an ad in gumtree.

Other popular search facilities include looking up the history of a family tree, legal documents, birth and death records, shipping, slaves, surnames, tribal and telephone numbers. The South African Department of Home Affairs keeps massive databases with information on the marital status of people that dates back to the early 1900’s. No matter what your reason is in finding out whether someone is single, married or divorced, you are entitled to browse and search through the public marriage records available to you.
