How do people put Moving image's on Twitter Profile Pic's ?

)open a twitter account
2)find a .gif avatar and save it to your computer. If it is too big it won't up load. Some people say to make sure and use a square one.(there are gif file shrinkers on the net)
3)change the file name from .gif to .jpg or .png (this one is kinda tricky but you can google how....and some people say you dont even need to follow this step but it works for me)
4)upload the file, make sure the avatar shows up...then move on. (The key for me is to hit save and then wait 3 minutes then come back and see if it worked.)
5)go to your pulse profile>settings and add a link to twitter
6)change your avatar to the one from twitter by clicking on “change avatar” which appears on your avatar in pulse or through your profile.
