Their comments on things may have disappeared but generally, their name turns black and you can no longer click on their name to go to their profile. Or their name will change to 'Facebook User'. I'm not sure if it will say Facebook User on everything they've posted, but I know for sure it will say that on Messages. Hope I helped! Smile
