How do you overcome an addiction and getting over someone?

Facebook is NOT the real world. It is a place for people to put out things about themselves they never would to your face. I loved it for a while then started seeing friends and relatives post things that were so not true.I caught so many people in their lies and confronted them and then I dumped FB.

People deleting you from their list is the equivalent to being broken up with via text message. It is childish and hurtful and you need to move on to real live interaction that is real, up close and personal and not people saying things they would never say to your face.

You spent your entire weekend crying over loosing a friend on FB.That is pathetic. You could have done something useful with that time. You don't need to get over HIM, you need to look at YOUR life.
