How can you find a child who was put up for adoption?
My mother was forced by my grandmother to put my older brother up for adoption when he was born in 1987. My mom regrets giving him up, but since she was under 18 years of age my mom had no say. We would love to find him and at least let him know we are always thinking of him and try to establish a relationship with him if we can. Please help us and tell me how to find him. I have no clue where to start.
